I can already imagine the phone prompt hell...

In my experience what a lot of agents lack is prompt communication and a clear focus on the clients goals instead of their own.  

Maintenance on laundry machines can be a killer, and if you don't promptly repair them, your tenants will be mad that you raised the rent. 

Something they would have had to pay for anyway.I guess what prompted me to write this is the neighborhood i live in, in Orlando, has houses in the $400-$500k range that are REO and they have not had one walk through in over a year.

This issue can be avoided completely by transferring the property into a land trust.While a transfer to an LLC will cause alarms at the bank and prompt them to send you a letter, a transfer to a trust will not.

He has been prompt in his responses and patient thus far.  

That way you can make prompt sales calls instead of talking around for buyers you can trust. 

With my gift of time I have realized I want a job in an industry that will prompt my growth and give me the opportunity to continue my education that would lead to financial freedom for my family.
