I don't think thats a rule in my neck of the woods.

My plan was to buy my first property in March, but due to COVID and a serious back injury I am running rather late on my deadline.

I also fear the possibility of injury (why insurance is important).

I was up in that neck of the woods looking at multifamily and ventured over to Elkhart.

50% up front is normal in my neck of the woods so the contractor can buy materials.
