First Rental Property Decision
I am currently looking to purchase my first rental property in Roseville CA where many houses have pools. Being that pools can create a big liability is this something I should stay away from as a new investor?

Hey @Tristan Romero, I'm from Roseville/Rocklin area. I would stay away from pool properties as this will be your investment property. You already aware of liability issues of pool so I would suggest look for properties without pool unless you are moving in that property in near future. btw, I'm a broker and let me know if you need my help. All the best!!!
