On one of my prior visits to KC, I scouted 2 specific areas where there were large developments of almost identical multi-family buildings all built around the same time.

The bedrooms are OK sized but not large and they're basically all identical.

Two identical properties may look the same, may get the same tenant, may bring in the same gross rent, but the property with new/nearly new Capex items (roof, flooring, HVAC etc) is going to have farrrrr fewer maintenance call outs. 

I would suggest the following:Remove identity theft coverage.

I am in an almost identical family situation with a toddler and another on the way, living and working here in the Overbrook/Wynnewood area.

I purchased an identical second condo in the same complex for 65k and invested 20k for the rehab.

I would argue this is zeroing in on trusts because of the term "straw buying" and "identity theft" which eludes to historically fraudulent uses of them.

Unless we're talking about an apartment complex owned by the same group where all the units are 100% identical (which isn't the case in terms of places I'm looking at).
