There are many RMLOs out there that are misinformed thinking they can provide free lanced services, they cannot as that is determined at the mortgage banking and brokerage level, they are to operate under a qualified lender and those lenders willing to take on third party transactions will be very rare.Most likely, in reality, having a RMLO seal with their registration number on your financing documents will shift liability away from you as long as you're making a good faith effort to comply, at least as to regulations, you could still have liability to a borrower as a civil matter if your origination was not properly accomplished.

Typically, a client in your position would hopefully have retained a copy, if not then hopefully the other side would send us one as a courtesy or as part of a good faith effort to resolve the situation. 

So here's the situation:I have a house (mortgage), good credit, and a job- and big Faith!

It also just doesn't make a lot of sense to spend money and go to court to kick out someone who's been Faithfully paying rent.I suggest that you call the landlord and ask him what's going on. 

As an act of good faith and to demonstrate the seriousness of his interest, he offers to send you a cashier's check for the entire year's worth of rent up- front.Sounds great, right?

I can tell when I work transactions with other realtors who have full time jobs, it’s a pain ( sorry ) When I took the leap of faith and went full time into RE, it was the best decision.

As part of building the NY infrastructure and basically asking people to spend more money and in return telling them you'll help the environment save money in the end and help start a new workforce chain, they were taking a leap of faith putting their trust in my hands.
