@Daneca Hall, I would allow the tenant to have the adult daughter on the lease as an "occupant" the same as if they were an under-18 child.

If they want to use the porch, they will not be bothered by kids or adults or anyone.

The lease just started August 15, 20223 adults all qualified and on the lease and all other docs.1 person needs to exit suddenly due to a family illness.

If he's a responsible adult he will pay the bill.

Many household products are labeled and marketed as DISPOSABLE and/or FLUSHABLE; many baby and adult personal hygiene products, along with household wipes and cleaning towelettes are labeled both disposable and flushable.

Even adults use them with no issues.

People who already aren't adult and/or moral enough to pay their basic bills will now get even more free concessions.

Many years later, I'm a fully-functioning, working adult...woohoo!

Funny thing is had this all been handled professionally on the other side and like an adult thus making it easy on everyone we'd be moving on and it'd be water under the bridge - who really needs all this added stress and negative energy in their lives - I certainly dont and do not like being drawn into someone elses negative black hole and as I alluded to in an earlier post I'm not the only one she's treated this way - as she's done it to others - I'm not sure if we have a mental health crisis, personal issues started to pop up etc but just glad we are able to move on. 

The cabin can sleep 8 adults comfortably, or maybe 10 if they use the fold out sofa.
