Unless you have been attacked in a real life situation or been in the military combat, law enforcement etc. then speaking without experience is conjecture at best.The truth is people believe in false assumptions.

These people may come off as trolls because they have a sense of humor that appreciates the level of absurdity found in the general behavior of the WoW culture.

The three main credit reporting companies all say what you said it completely false about a social security number being required for a credit check.Lots of illegal immigrants in the US have bank accounts that they opened with those social security numbers. 

That actually does generate some interest, if the area is good and the market is hot.What is absurd, Jay, is when they actually try to sell it at the same price. 

We inherited one resident that was so famous for doing things like this the city said they were going to fine her if she made a false call again.I would ask the resident that they call you before calling the city.  

@Mark Sewell i understand that perspective Mark it is more so that people entering the real estate industry have a false notion that wholesaling is the “easy” place to start.

You are right though in some areas these laws are bring taken to absurd extremes. 

You record your lien (Without committing fraud by recording a false document) and then forget about them (The lienholder).
