There is so much growth potential in other English speaking countries like Canada, Australia and the UK.Brandon mentioned in a Podcast that a board member did not want to hear what was possible with the current setup - he wanted to hear what great ideas that was not yet possible.I would love it if the whole organization would embrace that.

As offices are embracing remote working, there will be less of a need for rent. 

From the left, there is an argument that it drives up neighborhood prices (I happen to believe this/worry about it for certain zip codes) and for the right, there's a reticence to embrace change and, consequent, fear of pot smokers and partiers.

The City of Shasta Lake has fully embraced pot growing, and is allowing it in the industrial park. 

I joined a local organization in Berwyn called West Suburban Land Lord Association early on, and the men and women their have given me some amazing contractors to work with!

There is winter, and it can really suck for 6-8 weeks, but they embrace that making features for winter like ice-castles, winter sports, ice-bars, etc..

To make the numbers work.Thankfully, in the last year I have either overcome the issue or accepted/embraced the reality.
