What is 100% certain, is that all the lots, empty buildings, spaces, warehouses that seemed to be operating at dead slow today are operating at hyper speed and the resurgence is not just a short play, it is a strategic and cohesive redevelopemnt.

I have an industrial warehouse that is fully rented but has 5 acres of flat land that I am thinking about doing self storage on. 

Hi Phillip,I'm also looking for an answer to this question, both for rentals and as an inexpensive aesthetic upgrade to your primary residence.I don't understand the objection that epoxy floors will be "cold" people who like hard floors aren't worried about the temperature of them, they walk around in socks and slippers, no one lays on the floor.

There are also possibilities tangential to something like Amazon opening a huge warehouse in a city like Garner (who would've thought about that even just a few years ago?)

The building is about 1500 sq. ft. 750 is our office space and the rest is warehouse for surplus materials.

They essentially pump heat from the outside to the inside, and can pull heat even at low temperatures.  

When they serviced it in May, there was no leak.Spoke to the tenant about raising the temperature being set to 72 all day, she said they feel 72 is not that low, and they have lived in places where they set it to 68 or lower and no issue. 

They deliver the materials when I request and I essentially use them as my materials warehouse with delivery. 

Amazon currently has a 1 million sq ft warehouse in the north end of Fall River and south coast rail connecting to Boston is scheduled to arrive within the next few year.
