I agree that a classroom-based real estate school would likely be a far better education- however every day I spent in class would mean turning down a day of the unusually profitable contract that's allowing me to buy and hold, instead of flip, properties.

they could have done a better job on structuring the modification as my payment actually went up, not down, but there were a lot of unusual circumstances, too may to go into here.With NACA, you rarely get the same counselor twice.
