Recommendation Investor friendly Title Company
I am in the process of buying a property in Lehigh Acres "Subject to" the existing mortgage in place. I do not plan to assume the mortgage. I have talked to several title companies in the Fort Myers area but none seemed to be familiar with this kind of transaction. Are there any recommendations for a investor friendly title company or a lawyer in Lee County?

@Benjamin Cowles @Jordan Williamson ... @Marco Pfeiffer is one of my partners (not one of my favorite )... JK but we use "The Title Company". They are based out of Ft. Myers and their office is at the Forum. They were founded by investors and most of their business is investments.... double closings, "Subject to", lease option, assignments.... etc.. they do it all.
