Just make sure the sponsor is trustworthy and the deal works! 

Finding good trustworthy people to look out for your best interest is key.

You need to establish relationships to see who is trustworthy. 

You also might appear more trustworthy if you had a profile picture. :) (that face thing)Best to you!

I've listened to BP podcast #237 Partnership and BRRR, the guest holds a full time job and had tremendous success in buying cheaper homes, having a solid full time job and partnering with experienced trust worthy investors.My question for you family, if you would replicate this, where would u start?

Educate yourself of the different avenues, determine your investment goals, and look for proven, viable, trustworthy and transparent teams.

I am ALWAYS open to suggestions of creditable, trustworthy and talented tradesmen, so please don't hesitate to shoot me a recommendation.  

I'd advise any out of state investor, especially a new one, considering this part of town to thoroughly research the area and wait to move forward until you have a boots on the ground team who has proven themselves trustworthy to you.
