I have to consider wholesaling this.Looking at it as a rental rehab, I am figuring costs to get it ready as between 12-15K (rugs, paint, new kitchen and bathroom, new furnace, repair garage and cleaning outside).

one of the pro tips though is Alaska partners with Cathay  and for 100k miles you can get business to the Orient.. so have done that multiple times to singapore etc.. but we use our miles for crossing the ponds  not domestic..

i was never a fan of "staging" until I listed one of my properties - the agent did a great job, the property looked so much better - and it sold within a few weeks for a price I was satisfied with.The rugs, lamps, tables and all the other stuff came from Rent A Center, it wasn't all that expensive - it made the sale.You may want to consult with them to stage your house - they will deliver it and put it where you want it in the house and remove it when you are finished.
