You will need moral support, trust me.

The materials and labor have to be paid, should the investor decide to change their exit strategy, or find them selves in a predicament, the burden should not have to be contractors, who has covered their end of the bargain.    

Realtor said $25K was spent in rehab.I guess the moral of both stories is you win some and lose some but nothing is a slam dunk.

This is not a crime of moral turpitude so I doubt they would deny your application for that reason alone. 

Always keep in mind the basic operating business principals:Increase revenue (if possible)Decrease expensesEither way, strive to keep revenue greater than expenses without sacrificing quality and service.Finally, have a  firm conviction that one must care for all money coming in and operate in a moral and ethical manner.These will be your greatest assets.Just my $.02.

So as long as you aren't doing anything deceptive or morally wrong and fully intend to close then I say win the contract how you see fit.

Moral of the story that was thrown out in April.June Came and she then again tried to foreclose on me- which as of 2 weeks ago was just thrown out.My attorney is telling me to sue for harassment- before she files again (I am sure she will try....)

It's a tough predicament.

However all of them require an immense amount of honesty, morality and ethical behavior.
