Insurance is a killer with property, vehicles and toys, OMG, I'll never say another bad thing about cans on wheels again!

If it is just tree roots you can buy root killer at the hardware store and take care of it yourself.

Property managers are probably the silent killer here.

I have heard of the constable sale but those are only posted on a physical piece of paper somewhere.Yes, that Statutory Right of Redemption can be a killer if you spend too much money on the property.

As a percentage of value these are killers on a low priced home.

. ;-) The deal killer is banks have a lot of latitude with LOCs and often close them off when the economy sours.

Make a checklist of the deal killers and make sure you cover them.  

Anyone that really wants to and can think outside the box a little can still find the right property and do a killer deal....

I'd only look to do any of this if I was out of debt and had a specific killer deal in mind.
