How do you know the the genuine from the fonny?

If anyone is genuinely interested in his coaching, listen to a podcast that he was a guest on or call him.

If they take time to educate you on commercial loans and have a genuine interest, it may be a good fit.

I could tell he was genuinely interested in helping me get started.

I know all the GPs have been very happy with her work and her team. 

Not saying "you're wrong" with either, but am genuinely curious about the advantages you are seeing with these choices.  

Who knows, maybe I'll go down that road again in the future.I would be genuinely curious who wholesalers (new or old) react if someone (i.e. a potential buyer) tells them that their ARV, rehab cost, or projected post-rehab rent values are materially skewed.

I would advise you to go to meet ups and connect with people, so you can find GPs (general partners) that need money.
