Yes I would definitely recommend you include a picture or two of the exterior of the property within the body of the letter.

I go to the gym to stay in shape, but my goal isn't to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, because  guys that spend that much time on their own bodies are probably lacking something in their lives, missing out, neglecting someone, don't have another skill they need, aren't very smart, live paycheck to paycheck, etc. or some combination of those.

Like I said this was more common prior to stricter enforcement came into play after 2007-2010, and your article is from the time period directly after that when regulatory bodies started cracking down on it.
