I've gone to several classes and workshops, where recently I was advised that BiggerPockets.com would be a good place for me to affiliate myself to find credible help and resources necessary to getting started in real estate investing.

Last week I passed my CT salesperson exam in the hopes of finding a broker in the area that specializes in commercial and income property to affiliate with and learn from.
