People are just plain fed up and wanted some thing different.

On the other hand, I have spoken with some agents who just plain won't work with people buying cheap properties because they are in it for the big payday.Again, it has taken me years to get to this point but you should at least start learning the process of finding properties yourself as well.

It's a class issue, plain and simple.  

You would never know in the area that I grew up that you were on a flood plain.
