The reason I ask is that I have to repay the deposit within a set timeframe, so am planning on selling off most of the units in order to pay back investors and will be left with a handful of units free and clear.I'm in New Zealand, so the detail around the laws and requirements are probably quite different - but I'm interested in everyone's thoughts and experiences and what potential pitfalls you can see.i.e. setting up body corp, splitting titles, how selling multiple identical units affects the price etc.Thanks for the help!

If you have two identical houses, one with newer roof, windows and siding and the other with original from 1920 then you are looking at a 40K difference in value.

As most have already said, as long as you haven't accepted them yet, you should be fine as long as your decision follows the Fair Housing Act (meaning you're declining of their application is not based on Race, Color, National Origin, Religion, Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), Familial Status, or Disability).
