I created a spread sheet where I can rank people based on their applications and also on their behavior when I met them to show them the apartment- things like did they show up on time, was their vehicle (if they drove) reasonably clean, their need to be in the area (proximity to work, college student) etc. 

Plus Colorado Springs is an awesome place to live, especially for the millennial generation which has on multiple occasions been ranking Colorado Springs the #1 place to move to.

The problem is that they will rank quick and fast... but they are at risk of a google update that will hurt them bad.

I'd definitely appreciate reading up on why these states were ranked like this.
