And I know if I just start with a 100K SFH, I will not reach replacement goal in 10 years, esp knowing that one may not have more than 10 mortgages at one time( if this is true)I don't even know what I just said above is even correct.I am a persistent go getter and WILL do what it takes to get to my goal in an ethical way.Please guide !!
