Since I have no major renovations underway at the moment, I've been curious about how far one needs to get from the GTA these days for property prices to drop from ridiculous to merely très chère.

" Also I had an attorney tell me once if they do have a problem with the transfer, I could always transfer it back.

You will learn more, network and probably get a few deals by mere proximity.
