Right now, the electric is split and the tenants pay for their own usage, while I pay for the water and gas for the whole house.All the water bills for 2018 added up to about $600, so I'm not really concerned with that.

You do need a subscription (though limited usage is free) and you can look at crime statistics, home prices, education, etc.

In Arizona, changing filters allows the HVAC to run easier which reduces energy usage. 

I pay a fixed fee of about $40 per month and a usage fee based on the number of transactions.
