I've been investing in Royal Oak, Ferndale & Hazel Park for the past couple of years.

Hi All,One of the markets I am considering is San Antonio (Specifically, Fair Oaks Ranch, Helotes, and North San Antonio -with 78255 zip code).

Also new Nugget market was built on Blue Oaks Blvd.

I've been in discussions with an owner of a Mixed Use Commercial Unit (3 small storefronts, 2 apartments upstairs) in White Oak, PA. 

The point is if no one knows what your goals or plans are how would they know if its a good deal.A property in the heights or Oak Forest would never compare in these numbers but that is a speculation play.

I would love to meet for coffee with any BP or REIA in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area

I have a contractor pushing the Home Depot unfinished oak cabinets.

I work out of the Berkshire Hathaway office in Thousand Oaks.

Do you know of any around here(I also live in Fair Oaks) that work well with investors?

Roseville, Madison Heights, Ferndale, Royal Oak,  we have never had problems like this person is having.That's a shame.
