There is also the new Chrysler plant around the corner which has been bringing a lot of savvy investors to that area As well including myself.

@James Masotti Although I agree with you 100%, I wonder why the City of Wilmington doesn't consider bringing in individuals for those roles that require a college degree, or initiate a program to allow for the proper training for such roles within a legal or banking firm.One thing I would be glad when they figure out is the plan for the old GM Boxwood plant.
