Hello everyone! I am trying to find my next gig after the plant I worked at recently shut down. I live in Farmington, NM and am in the process of finding the niche I want to dive into. We have an undiscovered outdoor industry and a major hospital with traveling nurses. I am wanting to start with 3 to 4 properties, 1 or 2 properties as short to mid term rentals, a long term rental, and a project to add into the mix.
I plan on utilizing a ROBS 401K with a C Corp to purchase the real estate and hire myself as the property coordinator. I am in the process of picking an attorney to set up the business to legally make this happen.
I am loving soaking in the forums, podcasts, and everything on this site!
