The rehab will take approx 7 weeks...I did some of the work like painting, demo, landscaping, etc...and then had others do the more skilled work...like laying tile, cabinets, etc.

In a small space like that if the building is close to other buildings demo cost is high.Are you trying to buy the land and then sell off to a developer or are you wanting to partner with a developer and get some cash and an interest in the project??

I had 5 last year that were so bad I had to demo the house and the costs to remove and demo were 20 to 75k each.. 10k is nothing..
