The rehab will take approx 7 weeks...I did some of the work like painting, demo, landscaping, etc...and then had others do the more skilled work...like laying tile, cabinets, etc.

I was put on a 3-month stay (luckily I had this overturned after a hearing) when I found out the abandoned drug house I had slated for demo was listed under the National Historic Register.

The price is for the building only and does not include the civil work or the demo for the existing building.

In a small space like that if the building is close to other buildings demo cost is high.Are you trying to buy the land and then sell off to a developer or are you wanting to partner with a developer and get some cash and an interest in the project??

The tenants were great, they did the entire demo of the building before my rehab and all for free!

I have a property under contract of which the adjacent lot has a dilapidated home scheduled for Dec 5 demo by codes dept.

We have 1 acre with a property that we have to demo and are unsure of the best method of going about this project. 

I had 5 last year that were so bad I had to demo the house and the costs to remove and demo were 20 to 75k each.. 10k is nothing..  

I used their online demo.
