I personally don't see why rates can't stay artificially low and suppressed by the Fed for decades to come, seeing as even the government is addicted to cheap money, and can't afford a rate hike on their massive debt, and the Fed is deathly scared of housing crashes, and inflating our money into oblivion is part of their plan.

Just look up problems or people that got screwed in investments in timeshares throughout Mexico, houses in Baja California and housing specifically in Cancun, and the three cities previously mentioned.The cruise lines have an unbelievable budget to research and study the ports they feel comfortable and safe with.

LOL I don't think I will ever stop learning, I'm getting addicted to Real Estate lol, those sounds like good books I will have to check them out later, I read few books too but one of my favorites is "The ABCs of Real Estate" by Ken Mcelroy, I'm currently reading "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J Scott and I'm really enjoying it, after I'm done with that book I will start "The BooK onTax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor" by @Amanda Han and then I will continue with "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by @Brandon Turner, I already have both of these books.Thanks again, and good luck to you too man!

It literally is unbelievable what we acquired with that tear-down SFR.Yes, property taxes are higher (almost 2X) but there's no state income tax and frankly, I would rather pay higher property tax on a house that is less than half the price when also considering the overall cost of living being so much lower (nearly half).
