Newbie from CA
Hi Everyone, I am a new investor from Northern CA. I started my RE investing business after my father died. I feel like I am continuing his legacy. I took over his multifamily property and got addicted to RE. I am new to the financing and putting my 1st deal together. I know with help and support from those who have done it before, I can do it as well. Any tips or tricks to setting up the right way I appreciate. I am seeking multifamily properties to start.
