How would I differ from a tiny REIT or a rent-secured bond if I owned a bunch of residential properties and outsourced all property management? 

Sure enough, I got a few leads (I think it was 3). 2 of the leads were not good (too expensive), but one just happened to be near my other rentals, and was a very small house in my price range.The house is tiny (under 800 sq ft), and has a dated kitchen and bathroom.
