If he attempts to bully or threaten class action lawsuit with treble damages, to me that is causing trouble beyond a reasonable legal right.

I would stop trying to get a hold of him the day we lose escrow or he comes to my house and physically threatens me.

If another investor tries to steak my deal I can threaten them with a contractual interference lawsuit.
