Oh, don't forget the current tech and crypto bubbles.

But it's not.I'm always looking for ways to improve systems and strategies and streamline my business/workflow.

Truth be told, I have only lost one case (which was commercial), but the process with a couple of the properties was less than inspiring.As I said, I know the process has been changed/streamlined and most of my experience was before/during the fall.

Know that I understand it more and I see why banks hate crypto and smart contracts so much; it will cut out trillions of dollars for them. 

For those of you who have multiple properties in many different areas and/or different states, how do you go about streamlining the process of inspecting, moving out, and cleaning of the unit so it's immediately ready for the next tenant?

Many have approached me about how to do this or that or how can I streamline and grow, but have not even set up a proper entity.

I wasn't around for the dot com bubble, but from what I've read, and experienced in crypto, is that we are seeing a similar bubble appear.

Their property information is streamlined. 

Also by streamlining it from the start you will be better positioned to grow as new opportunities come up.

I am sure there are some outliers and rhabbers can make money on streamlining rehab costs but for buy and hold it is like panning for gold in a river with one nugget.
