I understand as a property manager there are certain things require more effort on our part (Section 8 housing for example) but there are plenty of routine or semi routine things that don't need a surplus charge (lease renewals).  

Because these are the entities responsible for caring for the helpless and semi helpless elderly in the USA.

Along with that I have been feeding myself with knowledge from endless hours of BP Podcasts, towers of books, scouring the internet forums, and picking the brains of semi-successful REIs.RE Experience: I bought my first home back in 2015 with the mindset of eventually renting it out in the future.

Obviously, it isn't a cake walk finding deals especially in semi-coastal areas and California in general, but if anyone has any insight or if anyone is willing to share their experiences with the current climate I would be really appreciative.

Then I hit with  semi gloss poly .  

Luxury vinyl plank floors are pretty durable, laminate counters last a good while, semi-gloss paint is easy to clean, and RTA cabinets are just a few things to consider.

There is approximately 10,000 square feet of land that looks to be semi leveled (no trees) just grass and dirt in the back of the building that he was hoping to pave to make room for additional vehicles.

I am semi-retired and trying to find an income to help my family.  

I think this will be my jumping block to start this almost semi full time, but I'm still not 100% there yet.Any thoughts from anyone who has been in this situation?

Some might even prefer the semi-separated space.
