I have no idea who these folks are.I am the moderator for the BP STR bootcamp so I am biased towards it.

Obviously we are all biased since this is the market we have chosen so we really believe in it, but the information you get from us, combined with your own research, should provide you with enough to choose one and focus on it.

I'm biased towards Katy. 

I wasn't really satisfied with my own personal (bias) research efforts thus far, and thought the BP community  might suggest companies to research. 

I'm biased and know I don't want to do PM but that's me.If you can join up with others you'll be networking and proving your worth, building a reputaiton for yourself, and learning from those who have been through the ropes.

I am admittedly biased but I would encourage you to take a hard look at Storage.

Yes, he is biased to his company, but they are the gold standard and if one does everything Chris recommends I am pretty sure you will not end up with a bad provider - could still end up with a bad deal though ;) )I am also not an extreme bear or doom and gloom person but I look at the markets and market behavior over time.

Out of my 10 places, 9 are in Delco, so I am biased.

I'm bias on the mid west in general.
