@Dave Foster Outside of a long close date what sort of verbiage would you use in order to extend close until you have identified the replacement property?

With Long and Foster, whatever portion L&F would get based on your normal commission split, their take is 1/2 their regular take for investment properties.

@Matt Foster keep in mind with replacements style windows (at least the ones I have done) the sider now has to wrap all of the old window frames/brickmould in aluminum, verse a new construction window simply going in.
