What might happen though, and what would fit under the "unconventional" means, is for the Fed to inflate our way out of it - think about paying off a trillion dollar of debt in what's equivalent to $100 billion today, it's happened at some countries in the past and I fear we're on that path.

In all honesty now i would do the following at first glance:Become a full time investor.Invest $1,500,000 - Purchase Municipal Bonds at 7% tax free interest = equivalent to 10% year over year return in a taxable bond.

That's the way I do it.Since you get more partial payment this way, you should end up with an 13 equivalent rent payments - which is > 12.
