As amusing as it is to me to write...there are actually management companies here in Memphis whose tenants like them!

I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry and have done a lot of design work for some of them on the side.Currently, my 9 to 5 is spent running a music marketing company that I started 15 years ago.

I spent $200K cash in 9 months because I was "promised" a $1M fee for being the middle-man in trading historical currency, as well as a $15M line of credit to finance my other businesses (I also had a music development company and traded stock options online). 

It appears to potentially offer more then I am used to."

Like I said, I am using 4 months as an average hold time in my model, so I think I am being very realistic with my approximations.  

My search ended when my landlord asked me if I would like to purchase the home I'm currently renting before he put it on the market in the summer, so I am buying this property with no realtor and am using a real estate attorney to represent me.

Its a formula that I am using myself, and over the long haul I am sure it will be beneficial.

I am using my SDIRA right now, I am considering an ESA also so I can pay for private school.
