It would also tend to make it be less Asian because foreign students tend to be Asian.  77% of foreign students are from Asia if anyone is interested.I also said Experian will say exactly what they say on their website.

I am new to the Jacksonville Market as I just got a home under contract.One thing that I notice is very interesting is that it seems like north/west side is so much different than the south/east side.I would really appreciate it if anyone can provide a recommendation of a property management company that manages in the north/west side.Does anyone have any tips for a new investor in the area?
