And as an FYI, most of my best tenants ever were with a disability of one form or fashion, I have no clue why you would ever even question if someone having MS would be an issue for tenancy.

If they leave  the unit clean and undamaged, return the deposit in a timely fashion.

If debt could be used in a similar fashion in the stock market then the stock market would clearly be better, but you can't.

I don't believe there is such a thing that could possibly replace good old fashioned personal screening. 

This statute preserves your right to pay rent by check or some other old-fashioned method.
