I have my first rental property under contract here in Michigan and it is a nice 4 plex, two separate buildings (1 - 3plex  and 1 log cabin)  on same property. 

Now, the credit check service I use now has the potential tenant log into their system to obtain their credit report. 

So I don't have a website to log in to see how much I am paying in interest. 

Also most owner/managers are missing the details to be successful in court, i.e. documentation, posted notices, communication logs, voicemail recordings, etc.

I would love to attend and I am a pro member but can never log in.

But what would be nice to have is just one bank account to log into and then have 4 subs accounts (Investors) and then more sub accounts under the investors for each of their homes.

Neither I or the realtor I spoke to can get appropriate up-to-date comps either (it's a log cabin - who would have thought that in Canada you couldn't find more of them?

I have bought property in my area just for the timber but haven't purchased any commercial forest I try to keep abreast of the timber value and I talk to several loggers and sawmill operators who know current log values ,before I make an offer on a property and do a timber cruise Mike gave great advice

I took an online course, which required 40 hours of log-in time and you had to pass a final the end.
