But I told the officers would you rather do something now or wait til violence is committed  they said all comes down to the tenant having to press charges if she was abused before which she won't but then complains for me to do something when she chooses to let him around.so I talked to the police supervisor and he didn't have an exact answer as far as if I could ban him from the property like complex do.

I am also locked in at a great interest rate of 2.875% with a 15 year term.Renting this home will have -ve cash flow as the total outgoing is close to 3500 (due to 15 year term).Selling this house and buying bigger near Cupertino (or good schools areas in south bay) at near peak price I think would not make sense (thats where our work place is).  4 bed will cost 1.5+ million.

In NJ, You will have to complete schooling, work under a supervisor for 2 years or 2000 hrs of work, then take a test for lisencing.

The people I have met that were home schooled were academically smart as heck and good people but reduced exposure to real world social skills, especially in peer groups, caused them to be severely lacking in their early years and thus were years behind in that department.Not all though, one set of parents made that an important part of their home schooling program and the kid could read someone faster then a ghetto con man and quickly let me know I had misread someone and saved me some time and money.Point is real estate brokering or real estate investing is a people business and that is where you should focus be it college or the workplace.
