I have listened to numerous podcasts, read some books (including Josh and Brandon's newest one) and the main theme after doing some research is to obviously get on BP and start networking.

Your comment seems to align with an underlying theme of that I should act and leverage the fact that I have something that the "back alley" wholesaler can't offer- Certified Legitimacy.

Hi all, Well there's always a first for things and for me, it's being invited to my tenants wedding! 

So between 2012 to 2014, I became a hermit and paid off about 26k in debts, while going to school fulltime, work fulltime, help plan our wedding and paid for that in cash as well.

@Ned Carey Yes I'm finding that to be a common theme among the few books that I have read.

I've talked to a number of out of state investors and the common theme is that there aren't that many good property managers in CLE and that they were cashflow negative with them.Questions:How many properties and how long have you had them?

Maybe there is an overlaying theme as to why no one wants to rent there.

Louis has great universities and med centers, plus family weddings and baseball.
