By the same token, If the hunting season is short and the winter is long in the Yampa Valley does that mean that a property you put into Cabellas Preferred hunting lease program isn't being held for investment when the Elk are in Utah and snow is on the ground - nope, that's still being held for productive use awaiting the next season.It's the same as any agricultural land. 

I currently reside in Clearfield Utah, a city about 30 minutes north of Salt Lake City.I’ve been interested in real estate for the past 5 years, and unfortunately have let a lot of good deals pass me by. 4 years ago, a friend and I were looking for homes in my area.

We were getting ready to invest in Utah and found out Baby Henry needed open heart surgery when he was born.

Currently I am working as an engineer in Northern Utah and would look to get into house flipping and using the brrrr method for rental properties here in Utah or southern Idaho.
