I would still be a customer today except for the Florida Texting Law.

I can tell you this:  If you do a nice job on the rehabbing, you will never be short on customers. 

You should definitely be consistently asking for reviews from happy customers.

The main thing I would look for is breadth of underwriting guidelines and customer service.

I do know that the pricing varies based on the unit count as well as what level you sign up for; but overall, it's super user-friendly for tenants, PM's & owners.Plus they're always updating their software and adding new automation features to make everything so simple as well as well as great customer support.

If you have a plain jane property, you are better off learning how to get repeat customers and partner with local businesses.

Conversations with a person land so much better than a message thru FF.Also it is helpful to know that most Corporate Housing companies or Insurance Agencies that are trying to find housing for their customers and reach out to you, they do finds leads on FF.
