I recommend finding someone you trust that can mentor you and help you push through your mental & environmental resistance. 

As long  the tenants pay the rent each month, increasing their rent will be very tough and getting them to leave will be extremely tough. 

We understand that but frankly we are extremly reluctant to ablidge.

It has built trust and now I invest in my SDIRA in real estate and he invest in stocks but the airbnbs is one of the many real estate strategies and happens to the one he could get behind.

Large down payments or extreme discounts from sellers would be needed to reach cash flow neutral stages. 

not sure if you are familiar with basketball but it is alot like the spurs offense. meaning the system works if you trust the process. my uncle has everything set up. contractors, know how, experience, tenant screening. management. so i will integrate into his system and learn it to replicate it like Steve Kerr did for the WarriorsYes, I am - The Big Fundamental was a great power forward!

I think the main issue here, is not working with a trusted broker. 1 bad review will ruin a small broker shop's reputation.

This is extremely common in Detroit area.  

I like Buffalo because I am biased, but the advice is the same.There is old housing stock, the asset condition is extremely important. 

At the risk of sounding too dramatic (but I know us on BP can get extreme to reach our goals), I am going to NOT get another residence.
