Everyone I have met in my profession and/or family are either renters or SFH homeowners, so my only guidance on investing has been from the podcast and YouTube, LOL! 

I see a number of economic development and community vitality initiatives initiated circa 2020, including a community master plan, the development of the MetroHealth complex and associated green space, the Community Housing Plan 2030, 25Connects, Mayor Frank Jackson's Neighborhood Transformation Initiative, and others.

Both men are on Youtube and offer their systems for direct purchase or you can partner with them AFTER you buy.I'm looking for something that I can both learn to do alone as well as partner up with someone.
