Federal loans are currently interest free thanks to covid relief but I believe that is coming to an end soon. the location that I will be looking into really will depend on where the next jobs integration facility is.

did your property manager file with Texas Rent Relief to get paid?

We currently have 6 tenants going through the Pa version of the CARES Rent Relief Program.

You are correct, the CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program requires the tenant to cooperate.

Is there any rental relief?

When my wife first turn the camera on to check on the driveway at 8pm she said ok seems quite im relief theyre have a small gathering 3 cars, we went to bed she gets up to pee at 11:30pm she wakes me yelling freaking out, Nico Nico Nico omg omg im sick im so sick i said no omg are you pregnant she said no, they have over 20 cars at the house.

Relief is more easily granted etc.
