Or lobby congress to pass a law that would assist military families that are forced to move (PCS) before a certain period of time. 

Except in the case of common areas such as the lobby and hall ways of a apartment building.

For me this has been a wonderful place to invest, esecially during the last 2 years but I certainly respect your view.There is a lot going on regarding downtown Clearwater, like the new theater, the aquarium and the marina and lots of real estate projects. 

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has a strong lobbying arm associated with it, and they are very good at getting the government to do things in their best interest.

I have heard that they don't like that D&B lobbying business owners to improve their score...not sure if this is true or not.
