Some people like the carefree condo living and the amenities like swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center and clubhouse that a single family house may not have.

One of my deals I purchased with that money was a foreclosed property in a swim and tennis community for 54,900.

Why be unethical when you can build up a reputation as someone that is not only ethical and lawful but a champion in his/her community in the eyes of the masses.

It may be worth your while to take the Law of Contracts course at SABOR, Champions, or online.

@Curt Davis   I could not agree more that many of the bad buy's by foreigners was championed by their own people..

(Pool and Tennis just don't pay like they used to anymore)My friends and co-workers play the stock market, but I just couldn't get into buying stocks and mutual funds the same way I took an interest in REI and owning something tangible.I'm most interested in Buying/Improving/Renting SFH and Multifamilies in the Central NC area.

Its nice to have the HOA take care of outside maintenance and provide amenities that I would NEVER want in a SFH like a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center or clubhouse.
